By submitting your name and signature below (either digitally or in writing), you (“Client”) agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”), and enter into a binding agreement with Red Wrighting (“Coach”), a service of Wealthset Holdings, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, for coaching services as described below.
1. Coaching Purpose
Coach offers personal development services including coaching, mentoring, and facilitation for individuals, partnered dynamics, and groups. These sessions are intended to support the Client’s personal insight, growth, and decision-making. This is not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Types of Services Offered
- Grounding Session: A one-time session designed to explore what’s showing up, uncover patterns, and determine whether it makes sense to move forward together. This is not a full coaching engagement and does not establish an ongoing coaching relationship. Confidentiality applies. No results are guaranteed or implied.
- Signature Coaching: Weekly or biweekly private sessions focused on clarity, confidence, alignment, and courageous action. Typical minimum commitment: 12 weeks.
- Personal Mentoring: A more directive, experience-based approach — available to clients who request guidance within specific life paths (e.g., leadership, relationships, or confidence building). Typical minimum commitment: 12 weeks.
- Partnered Coaching: Designed for individuals in a shared relationship structure. Each participant is coached individually, with joint summary sessions scheduled at regular intervals. These sessions are not a substitute for couples counseling and are not intended to “fix” or “save” a relationship. Instead, the focus is on helping each individual grow, communicate, and show up in ways that serve the relationship they are choosing to build together. What they do with that growth is entirely up to them. Typical minimum commitment: 12 weeks.
- Intensive Session: A one-time deep-dive designed to create powerful insight and momentum in a single extended session. This format is focused, fast-paced, and built to spark clarity or help break through a specific challenge.
- Group Coaching: Small group format, with weekly sessions and a more structured curriculum. Includes community accountability and optional assignments. Typical minimum commitment: 8-12 weeks.
Clients may participate in more than one type of support, but each offering has its own structure, expectations, and communication style.
3. What to Expect
Coaching will include powerful questions, reframes, tools, and occasional assignments. Progress depends on the Client’s willingness to show up honestly, do the internal work, and take aligned action between sessions.
Client acknowledges that results depend on their own engagement, implementation, and effort between sessions. Coaching is a partnership, not a promise. There are no guaranteed outcomes — but momentum is created when clients fully engage.
4. Confidentiality & Privacy
All sessions are confidential, and your personal information will never be shared without written consent, except in the following circumstances:
- Risk of harm to self or others
- Abuse or neglect disclosure (where mandated by law)
- Court order or legal subpoena
- Fraudulent chargebacks (per section 7)
Coach will take reasonable measures to protect electronic data and session records, including password-protected systems and secure communication platforms.
5. Session Logistics
Sessions are held via Zoom or another suitable online platform, as determined and agreed upon in advance. Clients will receive a calendar invite or standing meeting link.
- Rescheduling: At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session, at the Coach’s full discretion. Repeated missed sessions may lead to termination of the agreement without refund.
- Session Expiry: Unused sessions must be completed by the end date listed in the Agreement Invoice. If no end date is specified, sessions expire 90 days after the date of purchase.
- Session Recording: With client consent, sessions may be recorded for the Coach’s private use only. This allows the Coach to stay fully present during the session while capturing key insights for review, follow-up, and professional development. Recordings will not be shared and are protected by the confidentiality standards outlined in Section 4.
- Technical Issues: Client is responsible for ensuring stable internet access and an appropriate device for online sessions. Coach is not responsible for technical issues outside of their control.
6. Fees & Payments
All payments are made in advance, either in full or through monthly installment options. Clients committing to multiple sessions (e.g., 12-week packages) may choose equal monthly payments due at the start of each month.
Ongoing access to sessions is contingent upon timely payments. Missed or late payments may result in temporary suspension or cancellation of services without refund.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are rarely issued. While the Coach is committed to helping you achieve powerful outcomes, success relies heavily on your participation and ownership. Results cannot be guaranteed.
A separate document, referred to as the Agreement Invoice, will be provided outlining specific pricing and payment details, start and end dates, and the expiration terms for your selected services. This document becomes an official part of this agreement once signed or acknowledged by both parties.
7. Payment Authorization & Chargebacks
By submitting payment, you confirm that you’re the authorized user of the payment method and are knowingly and willingly paying for coaching services as described in this agreement or your invoice.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services you’ve agreed to, received, or participated in – whether partially or in full. If something isn’t working, talk to me. Ghosting, no-shows, or retroactively deciding to reverse charges isn’t how we handle things here.
Should a dispute arise, this agreement (along with service records, session logs, and communication history) may be submitted to the payment processor as proof that the charge was valid and authorized.
8. Boundaries & Communication
Depending on your program, Coach may be available for session-related communication between sessions via email or client portal. Response time is typically within 48 business hours. Urgent support outside of session is not included unless otherwise arranged (e.g., VIP support add-on).
9. Legal Disclaimer & Governance
Client understands that coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or financial advising. No diagnosis, prescriptions, or legal counsel will be provided. Coaching is not a licensed or regulated practice; however, Coach agrees to operate in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws related to coaching services. Client is solely responsible for their own decisions and actions, both during and after the coaching relationship.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration, with the arbitrator selected by the Coach. Arbitration shall take place in North Carolina, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
10. Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, frameworks, worksheets, and recordings provided by the Coach are the intellectual property of Wealthset Holdings, LLC. These may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, or used for training or resale without prior written permission. Client may use the materials solely for personal use during the coaching relationship.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. In the event the Client chooses to end the agreement early, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the Coach in rare and exceptional circumstances.
12. Client Acknowledgement
By participating in coaching, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for your own results and well-being.
- You have read and agree to the terms above.
- You understand that real change requires effort, honesty, and accountability.
