Frequently Asked Questions

You’ve got questions? Great! Let’s get them answered!

This page is here to give you real answers, not rehearsed scripts.
No smoke, no mirrors, and definitely no corporate-sounding garbage.

Whether you’re curious about how coaching works, who I work with, or just wondering if this is actually for you… you’re in the right place. Read on… and if your question isn’t here yet, reach out. I’ll answer it straight.

What exactly do you do?

I’m a Fearless Living Coach.
I help people wake up, break free, and crush the fear that’s been running their lives for far too long.

This isn’t therapy. It’s not feel-good fluff. It’s real conversation that helps you get honest, get clear, and finally move forward in a way that actually fits you.

Who do you work with?

I work with people who are done waiting.

If you’re tired of living by someone else’s rules and expectations, or feeling like you’re “too much” to be fully yourself, then we’ve got something to talk about. These are my people!

I also work with people in rebuilding confidence, finding next steps, navigating relationships (traditional and not-so-traditional), exploring alternative lifestyles, and finding the kind of clarity that actually holds up in real life.

Regardless of their why, I coach folks from all walks of life who share one important common thread:
They’re ready for change, and they’re willing to do the work.

What types of coaching do you offer?

Right now, I offer:

  • Grounding Session: A one-time session designed to explore what’s showing up, uncover patterns, and determine whether it makes sense to move forward together. This is not a full coaching engagement and does not establish an ongoing coaching relationship. Confidentiality applies. No results are guaranteed or implied.
  • Signature Coaching: Weekly or biweekly private sessions focused on clarity, confidence, alignment, and courageous action. Typical minimum commitment: 12 weeks.
  • Personal Mentoring: A more directive, experience-based approach — available to clients who request guidance within specific life paths (e.g., leadership, relationships, or confidence building). Typical minimum commitment: 12 weeks.
  • Partnered Coaching: Designed for individuals in a shared relationship structure. Each participant is coached individually, with joint summary sessions scheduled at regular intervals. These sessions are not a substitute for couples counseling and are not intended to “fix” or “save” a relationship. Instead, the focus is on helping each individual grow, communicate, and show up in ways that serve the relationship they are choosing to build together. What they do with that growth is entirely up to them. Typical minimum commitment: 12 weeks.
  • Intensive Session: A one-time deep-dive designed to create powerful insight and momentum in a single extended session. This format is focused, fast-paced, and built to spark clarity or help break through a specific challenge.
  • Group Coaching: Small group format, with weekly sessions and a more structured curriculum. Includes community accountability and optional assignments. Typical minimum commitment: 8-12 weeks.

Clients may participate in more than one type of support, but each offering has its own structure, expectations, and communication style.

*Group coaching and self-paced options are coming soon.

Do you work with couples?

Yes, I do…. But let’s be clear – I am not a couple’s therapist!

To prevent misgivings… my work with couples is not to “save a relationship.” It is to work with both partners as individual people so they can both show up more fully in the relationship.

My approach with couples is different. Over the course of the session commitment, I work with each partner one on one. Every 4-5 sessions, we come together in a joint session. This approach allows for each person to work in their own areas, and then collectively come together to see how it applies to their relationship.

Do you work with people in non-traditional relationships?

Absolutely YES!. My coaching is inclusive, nonjudgmental, and deeply respectful of the many ways people choose to live and love.

Whether you’re navigating polyamory, non-monogamy, relationship power dynamics, or something else outside the “social norm,” I bring a strong sense of open-minded understanding and hold space without assumptions, judgment or stigma.

You don’t have to justify your lifestyle here… just be real. It’s pretty hard to shock me!

What’s the difference between your coaching and therapy?

Therapy often helps you unpack the past.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, mental health care, or medical advice. I don’t diagnose, treat, or dig into trauma. If along the way it becomes clear that therapy may be appropriate, I will won’t hesitate to bring it up.

My coaching is about what’s next.
We focus on where you are now, what you want, what’s in your way, and how to shift it to your advantage. I help you build clarity, confidence, and real momentum.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. While there’s usually a discount for full prepayment, we can set up a monthly plan for multi-session coaching commitments.

I also offer a few discounted spots each quarter for people who are all-in but limited financially… just be honest about where you are, and we’ll go from there.

Do you have a formal agreement or contract?

I do have a Coaching Agreement that I require all clients to sign, even for a one-off session. It’s intended to be laid out in simple language (well, as simple as it can be) and is there to help set expectations, protect privacy and promote trust between all parties.

You can find a copy here on the website: Coaching Agreement

Is what I share with you confidential?

Yes, fully. I absolutely take that seriously.

As noted in the Coaching Agreement, everything we discuss in coaching stays between us. This is your space to be honest, unfiltered, and real… without worrying about it being shared or used against you.

The only exceptions are the legal ones: if I’m ever compelled by a court order, or if there’s a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, then I’m required to take appropriate action. Outside of that, what’s said in session stays in session.

Can’t I just ask a friend for help?

You can, and sometimes that might be exactly what you need.
But there’s a difference between support and real challenge.

A friend might listen, nod, and try to make you feel better.

A good coach? We ask the hard questions. We challenge your blind spots. We call out the patterns… even when they’re uncomfortable. We’re not here to keep the peace… we’re here to help you grow.

Can I just pick your brain?

Not really.

I pour a lot of time, energy and presence into this work… and reserve it for the people who commit to the process: my clients. I don’t do half-in energy, and I don’t expect it from the people I work with either.

What happens after I reach out?

You’ll get a reply either from me or my assistant.

We’ll see what you’re looking for, where you’re at, and whether this is a good fit.
No pressure. No weird sales tactics. Just a real conversation to help you figure out your next step.
