We start with one focused, 45-minute Grounding Session. Not a free but empty “taster.” Not a high-pressure pitch. Just real talk focused entirely on you.
We’ll dig into what’s showing up in your life, what’s keeping you stuck, and whether we’re the right fit to keep going together. You’ll walk away with clarity and insight, whether we continue or not.
This is the foundational groundwork… a first step forward built on truth, insight, and alignment.
Step Two
Inflection
Sometimes, the next step is clear by the end of the session. Other times, it needs space to settle.
If it feels right to explore what working together could look like, we’ll do that.
If not, I’ll follow up with a short recap and my honest take on next steps.
Either way… no pressure, no expectations.
You’ll have the space (and support) to reflect and decide what feels right for you

Forward
